Bittorrent 和非法下載並不是同義詞 當然 BT 最大的用途是在非法下載沒有錯 但是還是有一些大型檔案的合法發佈是藉由 BT 例如有些 Linux Distro 用 BT 可以大幅減少對於 FTP server 的負載 |
