在 ettoolong 0.9.3.3 的基础上 增加了 lonely_8 的修改

cache.jsm 中第359-360行改为
代碼:
let {title, id} = node;

tacache.js 中第126行改为
代碼:
this.util.addNewItem({title: node.tacacheDoc.title, id: node.tacacheID, nodeName: node.nodeName}, text, submitted, this.isWindowPrivate);
