Q: I've installed/updated the langpack, and then crashed or menu items gone just as the situation last FAQ mentioned. Reboot does not help, what'd I do now? A: If you've installed a test/old version of Traditional Chinese langpack and you are ACTIVATING it (say, you see Chinese on menus instead of English), before you upgrade to install the newer langpack PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO ENGLISH LOCALE FIRST or you'll suffer from crashing. If this is your case, remove Mozilla program and your profile then install Mozilla again. Another Solution: Use the Profile Manager to create a new Profile, then copy (replace) files in chrome directory of your Profile directory to your old Profile's chrome directory. (Thanks to Eric Lee ) 問題: 我安裝/更新 (之前裝過套件)了中文套件，結果會 crash ，或是選單裡的東西都不見了 (很像上個 FAQ 的情形)，而且怎麼重開機都無效。怎麼辦？ 答： 如果你之前安裝過了比較舊的版本的套件並且正在使用它， (就是說，你看到的選單都已經中文化了) 請先切換回英文的模式再安裝新套件，否則你可能會遇到crash 的情形。要解決這個問題，請移除 Mozilla 及你的 個人設定檔 ，然後再重新安裝一次。 另一解決方法： 利用Profile manager新增一Profile, 再把新Profile中chrome目錄下的檔案複製(覆蓋)到舊Profile下的chrome目錄裡即可.
