Q: Where are langpacks for 0.9.2 to 0.9.4?
A: Since Mozilla 0.9.2+ (including 0.9.4) we had a BIG CRASH landing on locales. Anyway you can now have 0.9.4+ langpacks

A: Netscape 6.1 = Mozilla 0.9.2 != Netcape 6.1 PR1, so the langpack for Netscape 6.1PR1 below DOES NOT WORK ON Netscape 6.1 RELEASE. WHY DON'T YOU USE 6.2?
