I've put together a preliminary CCK for Firefox - it's basically a document and an example XPI file.

cck.xpi is in cck.xpi.zip

Note that this is not an extension so it is not uninstallable via extension manager. To uninstall it:

delete chrome.rdf, cck.jar, and the directory overlayinfo from the chrome directory.

Edit installed-chrome.txt in the chrome directory and remove the last line referencing cck.

Delete the file firefox-cck.js in the defaults\pref directory.

Then restart Firefox.

I'd love any feedback you have.

Obviously our intention in the future is to have some sort of wizard tool that does this customization, but this should give you an idea how to do it.
