Last year, we mentioned Shiira - a new Mac OS X browser from Japanese "Happy Macintosh Developing Time", and just after the release of Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger", they made 1.0 version for Tiger (only). Now the 1.1 version is available for both Panther and Tiger users.

Since the main purpose of the 1.1 is to support Panther, there is no new fantastic feature. But Shiira 1.1 implements some new features of Safari 2.0 on Panther. It might be good news for Panther user.
