You are allowed to use and change anything in Mozilla products. However, you must follow the NPL, MPL and all other licenses.

In short: you are allowed to change almost everything (very few restrictions) but you must provide the source code of the changed code in downloadable/readable format to public for at least 1 year (or half years if subsequent version is available).
