每次開完FireFox關掉 再開出現 "FireFox以在執行中 但無回應 要開新視窗請先關閉以存在的FireFox或從新開機" 每次都要從工作管理員去強制關閉FireFox~~ 附加元件只有安裝 autoproxy , 我確定它跟FireFox是相容的, 因為有其他3台電腦都有安裝, 都沒這問題 我也確定我關閉時沒在下載東西~~太頻繁了, 幾乎每次關閉再開都會, 我不可能每次都是因為在下載東西. 我也升級到最新的版本 (3.6.10) 也試過取消安裝 再從新下載新版本再安裝~~還是一樣~~ 系統是 Windows 7 旗艦版~~ 我上個月有從新安裝過電腦, 再那之前也沒這個問題, 所以應該不是硬體造成的~~ 有沒有人知道這是什麼"症頭"?? 謝謝~~ |

--FireFox一直無法完全關閉-- 我也有完全相同的問題, 似乎是最新的更新後, 才頻繁的出現(之前有, 但不是每次) 我的背景有comodo, avast, wowUSBvirusKiller(只有最後這個是最近才裝得) |

剛剛似乎解決了 http://support.mozilla.com/zh-TW/kb/Fir ... responding 我成功的關鍵是這邊 Delete the lock file parent.lock 我的流程: 1）firefox3.6/說明/疑難排解資訊/開啟所在資料夾 2）找到parent.lock/試著刪除/刪除失敗(原因:其他程式正在使用它) 3）關掉firefox/看著"檔案總管"中的 parent.lock 自己消失(沒消失, 可手動刪除) 問題解決 個人狀況, 僅供參考 |

第一招 1. Restart your computer. After it restarts, don't try to start Firefox. 重開你的電腦，重開後，不要開啟firefox 2. Go to your Firefox profile folder - see How to find your profile. 到你的Firefox profile資料夾 3. Delete the lock file parent.lock.parentlock 刪除鎖定檔案「parent.lock.parentlock」 * o If you attempt to delete the parent.lock file and receive the error, "Cannot delete parent: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable", restart the computer and run the error-checking tool Chkdsk (Windows 2000, XP) or ScanDisk (Windows 98, ME) 第二招 # Go to your Firefox profile folder - see How to find your profile. 到你的Firefox profile資料夾 # Go up one folder. 回到上一層 # Right-click on your profile folder, and select Properties. 右鍵選取你的profile資料夾，選取內容 # Click on the General tab. 選取 一般 # Make sure Read-only is not checked marked. 確定你的唯讀是取消的 |
