Hi,
Yesterday we released 15 localized languages/locales for Firefox, we had 30 in the queue. This was the first time that we released a product simultaneously across multiple languages. The criteria for the 1.0 launch was 1) approval from the l10n teams for translation and build quality, 2) build quality from the Mozilla Foundation, and 3) trademark compliance based on the trademark policy.
We apologize we didn't get you all in for 1.0, HOWEVER, we are still working hard to get your localized builds available and we will push hard to communicate to the world the availability of your localized build. We're looking to do a separate press release to announce the availability of your localized build.
