sorry,我搞不清楚正体中文指的什么。
我的系统FreeBSD+KDE，使用的简体中文
mozilla为：
Mozilla 1.6
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; zh-CN; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040129
安装了简体中文语言包，菜单的中文一切都正常。
我使用运行mozilla，然后在菜单选择[文件]/[打开文件]出现选择文件的对话框，在这个对话框里面看到的简体中文的文件名就是乱码。
保存网页的时候出现的 [另存为] 的对话框里面看到的文件名也是乱码。
我使用root启动kde的时候，那些乱码看上去好像是汉字选择了英文编码的显示效果，使用一般用户启动kde的时候，那些乱码看上去好像韩国的文字一样。
我只遇到过一个人也像我这样的，好像很少有这种现象。
附：我的系统信息，如果还需要什么配置文件的信息说一下我贴上来。
