Yes.
Camino, Mozilla, Firefox, Thunderbird, and even Netscape are all available in Disk Image format. Drag and drop installation. (You don't need to run setup/installer.) All you need to do is to agree the license agreement (if they appear) when you open the Disk Image.
Once the file is downloaded,
Step 1
Double click the file (disk image) you've downloaded.
Step 2
Agree to the license agreement.
Step 3
Drag it to your Applications folder. That's all.
In fact, you can drop it to any location you wish.
