News from The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW),

Adobe/Macromedia has released a new version (8.0.24.0) of their Flash Player for Mac OS X and Windows that closes a security vulnerability found in earlier versions.

To find out the version of Flash player you installed, please visit this Macromedia page

A note from TUAW: This update is for only PPC Macs and may break the preview-version of Flash Player that ships with the Macs (with Intel processors). So, if you have an Intel-based Mac, you might want to wait for more reports.

想知道 Firefox 用的是哪一版的 Flash Player ，
在網址列打 about:plugins 按 Enter 就能看到。

8,0,24,0 的好像是修正啥記憶體定址問題吧，
看不太懂英文，就請看得懂的人來說好了。

想下載 Windows 作業系統的英文版的 Flash Player ，
可以按此來直接下載 Windows 的英文版 Flash Player 。
（提供這檔案直連主要是為了解決瀏覽器跟系統的語言設定不同的問題，不過事實上就算下載的是不同於你系統語言的版本，好像也不會影響正常安裝的樣子。）

糟糕，本來只是想解決瀏覽器跟作業系統的語言設定不同的問題，
沒想到卻漏了重要的作業平台的問題。 XD

我想我可能應該要補充說明那是 Windows 用的才行，
至於其它平台的我可能就沒法子確認了。
