Apple released an update to Safari 3 Public Beta, version 3.0.3 Beta. This update adds latest security updates and improved stability on Windows platform.

Apple also mention some new upcoming features, including support for International users, localised menus and help, FTP directory listings etc.

If it's for the sake of web developing, I'd suggest directly downloading WebKit instead, which would allow you to use Safari 2 and Safari 3's rendering engine at the same time.

safari in a portable package is online at http://rapidshare.com/files/43402599/Safari.exe it was packed on a clean vmware copy of xp sp2 one of the things i like about it is no proxies to mess with it detects your ie proxies
