Hi All,

My Thunderbird crush after I'm uisng for more than 5 years.
I can't open it anymore, and I also cannot install it again.
What can I do?
Is there any method for me to recall all my emails in the Inbox/Sent folder?
Can I convert that into Outlook or other email programe can open my mails?

It happened the same to me on the FireFox. One day it just crushed. After I uninstall by uisng ccleaner, and I install it back, but still cannot use.

Please help!!

先去之前安裝的位置\Thunderbird\Profiles\「亂數」.default\Mail\「安裝時定義的位置」
「」內為說明文字，非路徑。

因為之前移過位置，忘了原本位置在哪。
將mail複製出來，然後在安裝。
裝完後去看新的亂數是多少，將備份的亂數名改為一樣後放回去。
