When I am using thunderbird to read newsgroup, it can not display the Chinese Heading but show the heading with unknow symbol. On the other hand, it can display the chinese content only when I manaully change the encoding to Chinese(Big5) everytime. Notice: I have selected the auto detect option Can you telling me how to slove this probelm? I am using thunderbird 1.5.05 and OSX86 10.4.6. Thank you! |

賬戶屬性－服務器－默認字符編碼－繁體中文（BIG5），這是簡體版的說法，繁體不大清楚，可能是伺服器一類的。 |

Right-click "Inbox" (收件匣) >> properties (內容) >> disable ... (you will find it) The reason behind the problem is that Inbox overrides the general setting. |
