各位先進， 小弟我這幾天爬文爬到眼睛快抽筋，背上快長骨刺了， 雖然有看到一篇用Quickpick的備份方法，可是下載後也完全不知道它在哪裡， 所以根本也無法使用，因此懇請各位先進能夠用清楚且簡單的方式指導一下小弟該如何 用何種方式來將mac os中的Thunderbird匯出或備份，然後我重灌mac os之後， 在匯入或備份回去好嗎？因為工作的關係所以很多郵件需要備份回去，萬事拜託嚕～ |

資料在~/Library/Thunderbird中 http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/3.1/releasenotes/ 在Uninstalling thunderbird 3.1中有提到！！ |
