C++ 多開發者使用，但用的人都是"substandard"，所以建議使用優點較多的 C；GPLv2 容許「更多」開發者使用，而且都是有實作的程式員，所以請空談的 GPLv3 開發者面對現實……
前者言之成理，因為 Linus 都很有理據。後者則總是有點奇怪。Linus 對 GPLv3 的看法很多人也略有所聞，可是 Linus 也許沒有提及過想用 GPLv3 的人不一定可以接受 GPLv2。他也沒有說出，因為多人用 GPLv2 的原因，最大的原因是因為這個授權書用得已經很久了，自然就是多些人在用。
對於 Linus，我有興趣知道，他是否覺得 GPLv3 一點優點也沒有……
