According to Six Apart's announcement: Movable Type 3.2 is now available and US$ 30 cheaper. Excellent news!

Movable Type 3.2 is a free update to all Movable 3.x users, and it is now even cheaper ($30 cheaper). I bought Movable Type unlimited license end of last month, despite everybody is switching to the open source blogging software - WordPress. Why did they switch to Movable Type? They dumped MovableType when Six Apart announced the slight changing license in Movable Type 3. (The new license does not affect most regular bloggers.) But for those open-source extremists, they believe everything must be free, and they must get hold of latest version of whatever software. That's right, those extremists can't survive without the latest software or patches. Further, a number of them saying that it was not because of money, but in fact, it was.

Exactly what are the limitations of the free version? Not much, and most blogger are not affected.

Those open-source extremists have done a good job on getting other people out of MovableType 3 to WordPress. They really did a good job on propaganda, but I have to balance with fact.
